As Business Manager, you will be the focal point for all Business Management activities within their area of responsibility, to support staff on a range of activities, and to support the smooth running of AITC business, working with a range of key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Delivering direct support to staff (primarily through the AITC Senior Business Manager) with tasks such as Workforce services activity (transactional delivery of workforce related activity), business case support, internal communications, ad hoc administrative functions & local level matters.
Performing tasks to support AITC, maintaining accurate MyHR and resource data, and ensuring monthly checks and cleansing of workforce data to produce regular workforce reports.
Line management duties. This includes overseeing the performance and development of team members, providing guidance and support, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring that the team meets its objectives.
To foster a positive working environment, encourage professional growth, and address any issues that may arise within the team or wider area of responsibility.
