Job Title: Sales Operations Administrator
About the Role:
We’re hiring Sales Operations Administrators to support our client, a global engineering and technology company. You’ll help keep sales operations running smoothly by managing data, processing orders, and supporting internal systems. This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
* Update and maintain customer and order data in systems (like Oracle).
* Assist with order processing, returns (RMAs), quotes, and backlog tracking.
* Keep CRM records up to date and document customer interactions.
* Help with reports, data entry, and system checks.
* Work with sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to resolve issues.
* Support process improvements and system updates.
* Collaborate with the Sales Ops team to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of admin or sales support experience (B2B or manufacturing is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
* Comfortable with Excel, CRM, and ERP tools (Oracle experience is a bonus).
* Able to handle fast-paced work with changing priorities.
* Good communication skills for emails and team collaboration.
* A team player who’s eager to learn and grow in sales, operations, or customer-facing roles.
