We'renow looking for a Partner Growth Manager to help scale this exciting initiative and play a key role in building one of the most ambitious partner ecosystems in the care sector.
Thisisn'ta traditional partnership management role.
You'llhelp operationalise and grow the PCS One ecosystem, ensuring partners are engaged, enabled and contributing to both customer success and commercial growth.
Working closely with the Partnerships Leader,you'llcoordinate activity across a growing network of technology partners, consultants and service providers while collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, CustomerSuccessand Revenue Operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, drivingexecutionand creating scalable programmes within a fast-moving SaaS environment.
You'lllikely bringexperience from partnerships, customer success, accountmanagementor commercial operations and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
Experience within healthcare, social care orhealthtech.
Exposure to partner ecosystems, marketplaces or co-sell models.
Experience supporting go-to-market campaigns and commercial activation.
Knowledge of SaaS integrations or technology ecosystems.
