Crane Supervisor Job
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all crane lifting operations on site
Ensure lifts are carried out in accordance with lifting plans and safety procedures
Communicate effectively with crane operators, slingers, and site management
Conduct pre-lift briefings and risk assessments
Monitor site conditions to ensure safe lifting practices
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Maintain clear communication with all personnel involved in lifting activitiesRequirements:
Valid Crane Supervisor certification (e.g., CPCS / NPORS or equivalent)
Previous experience supervising lifting operations
Strong understanding of lifting plans, signals, and site safety procedures
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environmentWhat We Offer:
Monday to Friday working schedule
40 weeks of work
Paid breaks (2 x 15 minutes)
