Typical day as a Multi Skilled Operative
* Complete all allocated jobs right first time, with a whole-job repair approach, providing excellent service for our customers.
* Skilling across various trades to improve first-time fixes and reduce multiple visits, including repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments.
* Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
* Work in properties across Essex. Jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have
* A relevant building/construction qualification with a strong plumbing bias.
* Experience across multiple trades such as joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, and groundwork.
* A flexible approach, able to use your initiative and judgment.
* A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for work and commuting.

* Work Monday to Friday, with participation in our out-of-hours rota, with additional on-call pay.
* Work across properties in Essex. Our office is based in Welwyn Garden City.
