Job Title and Details
* Job Title: Sanctions Policy Manager
* Salary: £65,385 to £79,915 per annum plus benefits
* Hours: 35 hours, full-time
* Working Pattern: Hybrid, at least two days per week at hubs

Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing Sanctions Policy and assessing impacts of changes
* Managing risks and control effectiveness for Sanctions Policy
* Reviewing potential sanctions matches and determining treatment strategies
* Maintaining Policy waivers
* Supporting Major Change initiatives to ensure sanctions requirements are captured and delivered
Accountabilities
* Leading sanctions regulatory and Lloyds Banking Group policy requirements for Insurance, Pensions & Investments division
* Ensuring compliance with sanctions standards across the division, providing analysis, advice, and guidance tailored to senior stakeholders
* Building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and influencing business priorities
* Analyzing data to inform proposals and influence decisions
* Applying expertise to embed risk mitigation into sanctions controls
* Providing support and guidance on fraud and financial crime risks
* Executing risk management processes, procedures, and controls aligned with data-led risk strategies
About You
* Experience of sanctions regulation in a Life & Pensions business
* Expert understanding of sanctions risks and developing mitigating actions
* Ability to analyze data from various sources and assess impacts
* Line management experience, developing financial crime specialists
* Ability to implement actions and controls to improve policy compliance
