The Role
We are currently looking for a Receptionist. Your role will consist of general hotel reception duties, however excellent customer service skills and being proficient with Microsoft packages including the use of databases are essential.
The ideal candidate will already be a receptionist in a corporate environment, have a passion for customer service and be professional and well organised.
You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic with a passion
for hospitality and be able to work in a team and also independently.
Our hotels and Conference Centres are busy establishments, therefore this is very much a hands on role.
