This trust is looking to recruit a skilled and passionate chef to join our catering team, predominantly based at Hull Royal Infirmary.
The successful candidate will work various shifts to cover the service delivery requirements. The department operates from 0600 through to 1800, 7 days a week including public holidays. You will be joining a team of supervisors and catering assistants that provide a retail and hospitality service throughout the hospital sites.
The successful applicant will support the Trust Retail Catering Management team and lead the back-of-house operations, including fresh-food cookery to a high standard, leading a team of catering assistants to ensure efficient operations and being responsible for stock and ordering in line with budgetary targets.
The service operating hours meet the needs of the fluctuating services and are a mixture of Monday to Friday or 7-day service including public holidays.

* Flexible and able to work between Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital sites.
* Advantageous to have personal transport for travel between sites, though not essential.
