About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee our operation from our Corby branch (NN17), managing a workforce of approximately 70 temporary employees. This is a branch-based, permanent position supporting a key client account.
You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, workforce compliance, and a high level of service delivery in line with agreed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the scheduling, allocation, and productivity of approximately 70 agency colleagues.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, inductions and onboarding new starters.
3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintain up-to-date records for all temporary employees.
4. Monitor daily attendance, address issues promptly, and ensure fulfilment targets are consistently met.
