JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Growth will be responsible for accelerating ecommerce revenue growth, with a primary focus on paid channels. This person will own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition across digital platforms, and be obsessed with performance, experimentation and scaling efficiently.
We're looking for someone highly analytical, commercially-minded, and creative — who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited to lead from the front.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth Strategy & Leadership
* ·
Define and lead the overall ecommerce growth strategy, with an emphasis on paid media.
* Set and manage revenue and ROI targets across acquisition channels.
* Build and maintain reporting frameworks to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
* Partner with the COO to forecast growth, set budgets and identify scaling opportunities.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
* Own end-to-end performance of all paid channels including search, social, display, affiliates and emerging platforms.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers to optimise channel performance.
* Continuously test, iterate and refine creative, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages.
* Explore and launch new paid channels and growth experiments.
CRO & On-Site Optimisation
* Work with ecommerce and dev teams to improve conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
* Champion a data-led approach to UX testing and website optimisation.
* Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure creative consistency and commercial impact.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
* Partner with CRM team to align growth efforts with retention and LTV strategies.
* Optimise customer journey from first touch to repeat purchase.
* Support the referral and loyalty programme to improve customer acquisition and advocacy.
ABOUT YOU

5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, ideally in a high-growth DTC brand.

Expert in paid media buying and campaign optimisation across Meta, Google, TikTok and others.

Strong with numbers - you make decisions grounded in data.
·
Confident in briefing and reviewing creative and copy for performance.
·
A self-starter who loves testing, learning and scaling what works.
·
Comfortable working cross-functionally with ecommerce, content, brand and product teams.

Shopify and Google Analytics fluency is a must.
