We are seeking an enthusiastic Field (Flex) Supervisor to join our company. This role involves overseeing fibre installation works across Cheltenham, Gloucester, Churchdown, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with network standards. You will support the Field Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations and act as the first point of contact for fibre engineers in the field.
