Operations Supervisor
As an Operations Supervisor you will be an expert in your area of responsibility, overseeing stock control and all operational processes relating to stocked items. You will uphold exceptional store standards, drive productivity to meet KPIs and deliver a seamless support service to the store. You will be the primary contact between Head Office and the store, communicating stock opportunities, risks and ensuring stock compliance.

Role Responsibilities
* Maintain all stock processes and procedures; train team on stock handling and health & safety policies.
* Strive for minimum stock loss, raise discrepancies, ensure accurate stock files.
* Effectively count, check and reconcile daily deliveries; execute replenishment.
* Handle recalls, price changes and stock queries in a timely manner and communicate to wider team.
* Work in accordance with company policies, ensuring stock compliance.
* Manage stock on the sales floor, including discount process for damaged products.
* Maintain stock areas, housekeeping, and secure cupboards.
* Prepare and manage stock takes and weekly cycle counts.
* Support shopfloor during peak business hours and act as Keyholder when required.
* Order testers, ensuring efficient process and availability for customers.
* Order packaging, hygiene, stationery and related supplies.
* Support the Store Management team with Gratis and Grot policy and process.
