We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Inclusion Room Behaviour Lead to manage our Inclusion Room (Compass Room). This is a key role supporting our commitment to inclusive, restorative behaviour practice and positive outcomes for students. The Inclusion Room provides a structured environment, helping students regulate, reflect, complete curriculum-aligned work, and successfully reintegrate into mainstream classrooms. This role requires a full-time, permanent staff member due to the importance of consistency and relationship-building. Key Priorities Reducing internal truancy through supervised, structured provision Reducing fixed-term suspensions Strengthening whole-school behaviour culture through consistent, non-punitive intervention Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be an experienced HLTA with strong behaviour management skills, a calm and consistent approach, and a commitment to supporting students with SEMH needs.
