At Global Rahmah Foundation (GRF), we are seeking a talented and motivated Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and help support life-changing humanitarian programmes across the UK and around the world.

Role
As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation's financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and audit functions. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring effective stewardship of charitable resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
* Produce monthly management accounts, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts
* Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior leadership and the Board of Trustees
* Monitor organisational finances and provide strategic financial insight
* Manage invoicing, reconciliations, supplier payments, and expense claims
* Oversee payroll coordination and Gift Aid submissions
* Ensure strong financial controls, systems, and compliance procedures
* Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
* Manage restricted and unrestricted funds in accordance with donor requirements
* Support organisational growth through sound financial planning and governance
Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role
* Experience producing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
* Experience supporting annual audits and working with external auditors
* ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualification or qualified by experience
Desirable Qualifications
* Charity or not-for-profit sector experience
* Knowledge of Charity SORP, Gift Aid, and payroll processes
* Experience with accounting software and finance systems
