We are looking for caring, compassionate Night Care Practitioners who will support our residents and contribute to the overall smooth-running of the home during the night. As a Night Care Practitioner at our home, your role may involve: Completing required training to deliver excellent care Assisting residents with personal care and hygiene Providing reassurance and companionship to residents, especially those who may need additional support during the night Monitoring and responding to residents needs, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night Undertaking light domestic tasks in collaboration with the Housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the home Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth evening and morning handovers Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits: Free uniform.
