The Role
As a graduate engineer, your day‑to‑day tasks will vary. You will be exposed to all aspects of our work to discover your strengths and interests.
* Working on live projects from day one.
* Engaging with a variety of sectors such as healthcare and hospitality.
* Producing detailed designs and drawings.
* Using the latest computer‑modeling software (CAD and Revit).
* Undertaking site surveys and researching emerging technologies.
* Continuous CPD and learning opportunities.
* In mechanical engineering: designing, creating and optimizing heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and control systems; producing designs for drainage systems and hot and cold‑water services.
* Communicating with project teams, clients and end users, and attending collaborative meetings.
* Receiving dedicated mentorship, supportive supervision and top‑quality training.
About You
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
* Expected or achieved 2.1 or above from an IMechE, CIBSE accredited degree or an equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* A master’s or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
* Previous placement or work experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
* Understanding of CAD or similar modelling software is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
* A friendly, ambitious, confident individual with a flexible and resilient approach.
