Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential, mixed-use and student accommodation schemes across the country.
The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based ona project in Staines, Surrey.
The development consists of 350 units, mid to highrise RC Frame build, total value £100m.
You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into Head of Commercial.
Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading mid to highriseRC Frame developments in excess of £100m.
In return, our client is offering £90k - £95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top.
