Hospitality Manager – Market Rasen Racecourse 2026 Season Join Constellation at an Iconic Racing Venue Constellation is seeking an experienced, dynamic Hospitality Manager to lead and inspire our event-day teams at Market Rasen Racecourse for the 2026 racing season. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Location Market Rasen Racecourse Legsby Road, Market Rasen, LN8 3EA ⚠️ This is a remote location — applicants must have their own transport. ️ Availability Required Applicants must be available to work some or all of the following race dates: 3rd March 15th March 5th April 14th April 8th May 28th May 12th June 19th June 5th July 18th July 15th August 26th September 8th October (Additional dates may be available throughout the season.) The Role As Hospitality Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing hospitality operations across bars, restaurants, and premium hospitality areas on race days. You must have previous management experience within a busy hospitality environment and be confident leading, motivating, and supporting a team to deliver high standards of service.
