Job Title: Water Treatment Service Engineer
Location: Woking, Surrey
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38k + Training + Benefits
Industry leading Water Hygiene / Water Treatment company with a strong presence in the South East are now looking to take on a Water Treatment Service Engineer. Covering Educational, Healthcare, Retail, and Food & Beverage sites, you will be carrying out LTHW and CHW sampling and analysis, chemical dosing, and TMV servicing. Experience & Qualifications
* Experience working as a service engineer for an established Water Hygiene / Water Treatment company.
* Well versed in relevant ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
* Will always have a professional manner on site.
* Familiar with using handheld PDA systems.
* Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
The Role
* Carrying out the sampling and analysis of LTHW and CHW.
* CWST and cooling tower cleaning and disinfection.
* Carrying out chemical dosing.
* Flushing of closed systems.
* TMV servicing and installation.
* Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
* Carrying out disinfection of mains pipework.
* Assisting in training of new starters.
* Upselling company products and services.
* Ensuring work is being carried out in line with relevant ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
* Using handheld PDA to produce detailed reports for clients.
