Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio PMO - Trading to join a leading Trading organisation on a 6-month contract. This role sits within the Trading function and will play a key part in supporting and driving the successful delivery of multiple complex change initiatives across the trading portfolio.
A strong understanding of derivatives, ETD futures and options, trade life cycle processes, and associated trading and clearing systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support portfolio-level project planning activities including roadmap development, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, and burn-down reporting across Trading initiatives
2. Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource tracking across the Trading portfolio, identifying anomalies and working with stakeholders to resolve issues
3. Maintain and manage RAID logs across all Trading initiatives.
4. Coordinate inputs from Agile delivery teams to support portfolio reporting, dashboards, and governance packs using Jira and Confluence
