Join Our Lifeguard Team at Splash Waterworld!
Responsibilities
* Help ensure guests have a fun and safe experience in our pool and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld.
* Maintain safety with excellent attention to detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service.
* Lead and support poolside activities to create memorable moments for guests.
About You / What We’re Looking For
* Friendly and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
* Strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
* Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently when supervising areas.
* Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential due to open 7 days a week operations.
* If you have a lifeguard qualification, that is ideal; if not, you can pass the Butlin’s swim test and we will enrol you in the NPLQ course for training.
Swim Test Requirement
* Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
* Treading water
* Surface diving
* Climbing out of the pool unaided
* Applicants under 18 will need parental consent to take part in the swim test
