The NCL Training Hub is a dynamic and innovative team responsible for developing our primary care workforce in North Central London (NCL). We work according to a distributed leadership model across the five borough Training Hubs hosted in Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington.
The Training Hub delivers around 70 workforce development initiatives for clinical & non‑clinical staff working across Primary Care. Each workstream is housed in one of the five Borough Training Hubs. The Training Hub works to embed a culture of education, partnership and collaboration.
Our programmes reflect the learning and development needs of primary care and neighbourhood workforce teams and align with system priorities. We enable the placed based delivery of high‑quality health and social care to our community across North Central London. We build, support and develop a skilled, diverse and inclusive workforce who are empowered to reach their full potential.
