EMEA Sales Manager
International FMCG | Distributor-Led Markets | Europe
We’re partnering with a well-established, internationally recognised FMCG brand to appoint an EMEA Sales Manager to lead and grow distributor partnerships across Europe.
This is a high-impact role with full ownership of distributor performance, commercial strategy and market expansion across multiple territories.
The Role
* Lead and develop a network of distributors across key European markets
* Drive revenue growth and margin performance across EMEA
* Build and execute joint business plans with partners
* Identify and unlock new market opportunities
* Strengthen brand presence across retail and pharmacy channels
* Own forecasting, budgeting and commercial negotiations
* Act as the key link between distributors and internal teams (marketing, supply chain, NPD)
This is a commercially driven, relationship-heavy role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing distributors across multiple European markets
* Strong background in FMCG (beauty, personal care, health & wellness or similar categories highly relevant)
* Experience growing brands within retail and/or pharmacy channels
* Demonstrated success driving revenue growth across international markets
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
* Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English is essential. Additional European languages are advantageous.
