The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, offering expert legal advice, and delivering excellent client service. This role requires a proactive approach and a solid understanding of commercial litigation processes, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience in Commercial, Civil and/or Property Litigation matters
* Be confident running your own caseload and working within an established team
* Conducting business development locally and within the Cumbria region
* Excellent communication and client management abilities
* Ability to work independently
* Experience of Landlord & Tenant matters, S21 and awareness of the upcoming Renters Rights Act.
