Location: Wembley London
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

We are seeking a Resident Assistant to join a leading build to rent operator in Wembley. This role sits at the heart of a vibrant community, where you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring they feel at home and supported throughout their time with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Welcoming residents and visitors with a professional, approachable, and friendly manner.
2. Assisting with resident queries, maintenance requests, and day-to-day needs to create a seamless living experience.
3. Supporting property management operations to ensure high standards across all buildings and communal areas.
4. Building positive relationships with residents, local partners, and colleagues to foster a strong community.
