Role Overview This role is a combination of forklift driving, production packing duties, and general warehouse housekeeping. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. Key Responsibilities * Operating a forklift to transport IBCs from the production line to the storage area, including building stacks * Loading lorries with IBCs from the storage area using a forklift * Operating the packing plant to fill IBCs with fertiliser * Selecting correct bags and ensuring they are filled according to company procedures * Labelling and sealing bags correctly * Carrying out daily inspections and pre-use checks on mobile and fixed plant * Assisting with preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment * Maintaining cleanliness and general housekeeping across the site to prevent pr...
