About the Role
A leading nursery group is seeking a Regional Support Manager to join their expanding team. This is a pivotal role, offering the chance to lead and support multiple nursery settings, ensuring high standards of care and compliance while mentoring local managers.

Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in nursery/early years management
* Strong understanding of Ofsted/regulatory inspections
* Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety and EYFS frameworks
* Ability to mentor, coach, and drive performance across multiple sites
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Flexible, proactive, and highly organised
Responsibilities:
* Provide regional leadership support in the absence of the Regional Manager
* Act as point of contact for urgent issues/incidents when required
* Mentor and coach Nursery Managers to support their development
* Support regional performance targets set by senior leadership
* Temporarily manage settings if a Nursery Manager is absent
