What You’ll Do
* Lead high‑impact digital strategy projects across Defence, National Security and Critical National Infrastructure
* Build trusted relationships with senior executives, understanding their strategic goals
* Influence and align senior stakeholders across clients
* Manage teams of consultants to deliver consistent, high quality client value
* Lead client engagements and oversee budgets and timelines
* Share insights, create compelling reporting, and contribute to reusable IP
Practice & Business Growth
* Shape and scale Darter’s strategy capability
* Drive business development—from identifying leads to closing deals
* Build market visibility through thought leadership (articles, events, white papers)
* Help run the business: from internal ops to new service lines
What We’re Looking For
You're an experienced consultant and leader with deep strategy development expertise. You're comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in solving problems, and have the drive to help build something new.
Key Skills & Experience
* 5+ years experience in consulting with deep digital strategy/transformation experience
* Strong track record in client relationships, sales, and delivery
* Comfortable leading strategy implementation and roadmap creation
* Experience developing teams and mentoring future leaders
* Experience in Defence (preferred) or wider UK public sector
* Must be able to hold UK Security Clearance
