MAIN PURPOSE/FUNCTION OF JOB:
To be an active member of the Administration Team, take ownership of the various tasks laid out in the Job Specification.
MAIN DUTIES/TASKS:
Agreeing and processing the assigned Weekly Management Returns (WMR)
Processing pub expenses and tracking bankings for the operator portal
Complete the ingoing and outgoing process for all new and vacating pubs. Including set up of our supplier accounts. Informing suppliers and providing information on outgoing.
Produce operations training packs
Various back-office support to the ops team including till roll and kitchen rolls stock management.
Biffa account admin and invoice processing
PHS account admin and invoice processing
BOC account admin and invoice processing
Administration of council tax and business rates
Producing Experian Credit checks
Producing Licensee of the month awards
Office admin including new office equipment and maintaining meeting spaces and storage.
Maintain the House list and Department list and other lists and files
Answer incoming phone calls and greeting visitors.
Support for till changes and administration
Completing and submitting licensing documents
Take room bookings over the phone for our hotel sites
QUALITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will be:
Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS) and be a good communicator.
Experience in using booking systems (i.e. Guestline)
Able to build rapport with both colleagues, suppliers, and licensees.
Has prior knowledge of how a public house operates
Immerse themselves into the role.
Work proactively to resolve queries quickly.
Work as part of a team, with a positive can-do attitude
Holds attention to detail in high regard.
