The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a focused Aftersales Manager or Service Manager, with experience of managing a sizeable aftersales operation.
As Aftersales Manager for this site, you will be working alongside the head of business, supporting a dedicated team of professionals, focused on enhancing the presence of the brand and delivering high levels of customer service.
This role involves dedication and a long‑term commitment, managing, motivating and developing a team of aftersales professionals with the common aim of delivering "Service Excellence."
With full responsibility for your busy department, you will be accustomed to managing and developing the team and implementing processes to enhance progression and growth.
Will be motivated to effectively delegate and coordinate efficiency and productivity through the workshop to drive the business forward. Values the importance of delivering high standards of customer service through teamwork.
With the proven ability to effectively manage a productive aftersales department, you will be driving the team to enhance workshop and service department productivity.
The ideal candidate will also be familiar with working in a fast‑paced working environment with quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront of their actions.
A full UK driving licence and proven experience in this role are essential.
Salary
The salary for this role is competitive; with many company benefits and the potential to earn an OTE of £70,000 to £75,000.
