Client Services Coordinator – Domiciliary Home Care

Location: Office-based

Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (9:00am – 5:00pm)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location - Twickenham TW1 / Sheen Office SW14

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and organised Client Service Coordinator to join a busy domiciliary home care office team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, families, and care staff, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service delivery across the branch.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced care environment and enjoys problem-solving, coordination, and supporting vulnerable people in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, enquiries, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate client records and update care management systems
  • Liaise with families, social workers, and healthcare professionals
  • Support onboarding of new clients and service assessments
  • Handle complaints and concerns professionally and in line with policies
  • Ensure continuity of care by monitoring staff availability and coverage

About You

  • Experience in domiciliary care, care coordination, or office administration (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
  • Good IT skills (care management systems desirable)
  • A compassionate and professional approach
