Job Title: Ventilation Sales Manager. Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire. Salary / Benefits £30k – £55k + Benefits + company car and / or car allowance.
We have an established Air Hygiene / Fire Damper company with a strong presence in the Yorkshire / Midlands region who are now seeking a business minded and dedicated Ventilation Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have experience working within an established Air Hygiene / Fire Damper company, selling fire damper / TR19 services to Educational, Retail, High Security, Healthcare, and Government clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with existing clients. Experience & Qualifications
* Working for a specialist Air Hygiene / Fire Damper company working as a Sales Manager is essential to the role.
* Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize workload in line with company and client needs.
* Good IT skills.
* Will have good people management skills.
* Able to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients.
* Knowledge of BS9999 / TR19 guidelines.
The Role
* Efficiently managing and growing Educational, Healthcare, Retail, Facilities Management, and High Security client accounts.
* Sourcing and developing new accounts, building excellent and professional rapport with clients.
* Producing competitive and accurate quotes and tenders.
* Upselling Ventilation, Fire Damper testing, kitchen extract cleaning and remedial services to clients.
* Ensuring to meet KPIs and targets.
* Sourcing business leads and opportunities.
* Acting as first point of contact for clients, dealing with any issues and queries in a timely manner.
* Carrying out site visits, ensuring work is done in line with BS9999 / TR19 guidelines.
* Working closely with site staff, providing training and assistance where required.
