Reporting to the Speke Site PMO Lead, this role is responsible for managing project business case development, benefits tracking, and capital expenditure to support site efficiency and performance. As a PMO & Performance Analyst, you will integrate strategy, scorecard, and Tier KPIs, serving as the main contact for performance data and reporting. You will promote best practices in project and performance management, collaborating with Operational Excellence to improve how site KPIs and insights inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with company policies, cGMP, and regulatory standards.
2. Drive Operational Excellence and continuous improvement within PMO and Performance functions.
3. Support business case development, capital planning, and project sponsorship.
4. Track and report capital expenditure; collaborate with Finance on budgets.
5. Provide training on capital management and business case preparation.
6. Manage benefits and savings tracking, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting.
7. Deliver performance data and insights to support decision-making.
8. Enhance PMO efficiency and represent the function in cross-departmental initiatives.

* Implement project management techniques.
* Develop, validate, and present project data.
* Forecast, track, and report on capital expenditure and project budgets.
* Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and integration with Power BI or similar tools.
* Exhibit strong listening, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions effectively.
* Prepare clear reports and deliver tailored presentations to stakeholders.
* Guide project teams in regulated environments, ensuring compliance with cGMP and procedures.

* Collect, validate, and synthesize large operational data sets for actionable insights.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* PRINCE2 or data analysis qualification.
* Experience with Lean tools and principles deployment.
