What we’re looking for:
3+ years in a 4/5-star hotel or reputable restaurant
Experience leading a team of 8+ kitchen staff
Strong HACCP knowledge and food hygiene level 2
Confident with menu planning and costing
Level 2 culinary qualification (or equivalent)
