This role involves creating engaging, high-quality content and training for employees and Scheme partners, considering the end-to-end journey touchpoints to deliver knowledge and tools for excellent customer outcomes. You will develop e-learning and training content for face-to-face and virtual sessions, as well as communication resources for email campaigns, our partner website, and internal knowledge systems using various online platforms.
Your responsibilities include proactively engaging with stakeholders to understand operational changes and translating this into clear, concise content. Your tasks include writing and editing copy for newsletters, emails, e-learning, trainer notes, slide decks, assessment questions, process maps, and online content. You will also manage communication plans, email campaigns, photoshoots, events, and training videos to ensure targeted and engaging messaging.
You should have knowledge of our systems and work closely with other content designers to create and deploy training and communication content, including setting up learning pathways on LMS platforms and rolling out new content. Establishing good relationships with external suppliers and managing queries is also key. You will ensure smooth handovers of training materials to delivery teams and analyze feedback and analytics to measure impact and identify improvements.

* Committed to continuous personal and professional development.
