As an Inclusive Learning Administrator at EKC Canterbury College, you’ll play a key role in helping students with additional learning needs access the support they need to thrive.
Working at the heart of a busy and rewarding department, you will provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Collaborating closely with the Head of Inclusive Learning, you’ll help shape and improve administrative systems through smart, effective working practices that support both staff and students.

About You
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to work accurately with data and reports.
You will also have:
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Experience using IT systems to maintain records and produce reports.
* Confidence working with financial processes, including ordering and invoicing.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to maintain accurate records and take clear meeting notes.
* An understanding of assistive technology, or a willingness to learn and keep up to date with developments in this area.
* A commitment to safeguarding, PREVENT and promoting a positive, inclusive culture.
* An NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification).
