Responsibilities
1. Answering and directing phone calls and handling client inquiries.
2. Managing office correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
3. Assisting with data entry and updating client records.
4. Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
5. Preparing documents and presentations for meetings.
6. Coordinating office activities and schedules.
7. Ensuring the office is well-organized and maintained.
Requirements
8. Previous administrative experience is a plus but not essential.
9. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
12. Ability to work collaboratively and support a team.
13. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
14. Good attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
