Software Development Recruitment Manager at Digital Waffle specialising in PHP & Python in the UK and USA
We're looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our growing company in the West Midlands. You'll have the freedom to lead projects while collaborating closely with our passionate team, all within a flexible hybrid working setup.
About the Role
As a Senior Developer, you’ll play a vital role in the full development lifecycle — from concept through to deployment. You’ll:
* Lead on project architecture and development
* Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following high standards
* Collaborate with the Client Services Team to drive key technical decisions
* Review and refine code, continuously seeking improvements and innovative solutions
What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years of hands-on experience with PHP in a commercial setting
* Strong knowledge of Laravel
* Good understanding of MySQL and database design
* A passion for clean code and continuous improvement
