Job Description
The National Account Manager - Grocery will come with the following:
* Lead and manage the relationship with Asda, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and KPIs.
* Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of products and services.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and performance updates to stakeholders.
* Negotiate contracts and promotional plans to maximise profitability.
* Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Ensure effective budget management and accurate forecasting for the assigned account.
The Successful Applicant
A successful National Account Manager - Grocery should have:
* Experience managing key accounts in the FMCG industry, ideally within an account management role.
* Experience in grocery or across a large key customer of good size.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailored to professional audiences.
* Capability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
What's on Offer
* Competitive salary of approximately circa £60,500-£65,500 per annum, depending on experience.
* Car allowance of 7k per annum

Candidates will need to be able to access the Buckinghamshire office 3 days per week plus be available to travel nationally for the role.
