Plant Operative

What You'll Be Doing
Don't worry if you've never done this before - we'll train you. Your day-to-day will include:
* Driving a counterbalance forklift and loading shovel to keep production moving
* Running our automated sand drying and mortar mixing systems from the control room
* Loading lorries safely and efficiently
* Carrying out simple quality checks in our lab (nothing complicated!)
* Helping keep the factory tidy, safe and well maintained
* Preparing silo equipment ready for customer delivery
* Pitching in with other general factory tasks as needed
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday / alternating
week 1 : 0600-1400
week 2 : 1400-2200

You don't need to tick every box. If you're reliable, organised and keen to learn, you'll fit right in.
Helpful but not essential:
* FLT CB License and loading shovel experience
* Full UK driving licence (Category B)
