What you’ll actually do


Not the glossy version. The real one.

• Own agent relationships and performance

• Manage key client accounts with clarity and authority

• Turn noise into structure

• Define scopes that protect the studio

• Prevent scope creep (consistently and confidently)

• Lead monthly commercial → studio handovers

• Run structured feedback cycles with clients

• Build commercial insight reports

• Work closely with Operations, Sales & Creative

• Help design the systems we’ll be using for years to come
