Want to be part of a team delivering innovative, sustainable solutions for the B2B energy market?

Our growing B2B business is launching major change projects and new propositions. We are seeking a motivated Programme Coordinator to join our Change and Transformation team.

Are you looking for a role where you can develop your skills, take ownership, and drive meaningful change?

In this role, you will ensure projects run smoothly and stay on track. Responsibilities include maintaining project documents, supporting meetings with preparation and follow-up, compiling monthly progress, risk, and priority reports, and keeping dashboards and records accurate for decision-making. You will also flag potential delays or issues.

We support training to help you grow and bring new ideas into project delivery. Beyond core coordination, we seek someone eager to learn, stay updated with industry trends, share insights, and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and milestones.
2. Work closely with the project team to align activities with project goals.
3. Serve as the main contact for project-related communication.
4. Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to communicate progress, changes, and risks.
5. Promote transparency and accountability to ensure clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and suppliers.
6. Support scope changes through proper documentation, sharing, and approval processes.
7. Review project data to identify improvements and early risks, aiding in planning mitigation strategies.
8. Maintain high-quality work by following best practices and conducting project reviews and quality checks.

About You:

* Experience in the energy and utilities sector is preferred.
* Proven experience as a Project Coordinator supporting complex projects on time and within budget.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
* Experience with Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, Jira, or similar software is desirable.
* Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
