1. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance & Repairs Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing building repairs, refurbishment works, and maintenance programmes, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage responsive and planned maintenance works, including supervision of DLOs. Order and process repair works using Schedule of Rates. Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and cost estimates. Monitor and manage refurbishment projects in line with H&S regulations. Interpret and collate stock condition data using Keystone or similar asset databases. Use computerised repair systems to track and manage work orders. Liaise with the public, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
