This Sales Director job opportunity will drive the sales strategy and execution, leading multi-segment sales performance, pipeline generation, and team development Location: Super hybrid working 1 or 2 days office based, flexible - outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex Sales Director duties: Develop and implement sales strategies Drive predictable pipeline generation and revenue growth Lead complex commercial negotiations and strategic deals Oversee and manage the sales team Drive growth and manage key client accounts Optimise pricing and positioning Working closely with other teams and the senior leadership, providing forecasts, insights, sales reports etcSkills and experience: Proven experience of working in a similar B2B sales, senior level sales type role, within Saas / Tech Experience selling into SME, mid-market, enterprise or public sector customers Leadership experience along with strategic planning and negotiation skills Strong analytical abilities
