ROLE: Contract Manager (Mobile)
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 8:00am - 5:00pm
LOCATION: Regional, Worcester & Kidderminster - Warwickshire & West Mercia
Our Mitie Landscapes team are seeking a driven and experienced Contract Manager to support the operations in Grounds Maintenance and Winter Services within assigned regions. You will visit client sites to drive service quality through regular auditing, attending meetings with teams / management to ensure H&S compliance and KPI's are met in departments, as well as driving development and growth within the area.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Managing and developing a professional and effective operational team,
2. Implement a positive and vigilant Health and Safety culture,
3. Travel to sites to meet with teams and departments to ensure they are all working to H&S regulations / meeting targets and KPI's,
4. Conduct regular audits when visiting sites,
5. Implementing a positive health and safety culture,
6. To constantly strive to improve efficiency and utilisation of resources,
What we are looking for:
7. Previous supervisory / management experience,
8. Knowledge /understanding of QHSE management and systems,
9. The ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively,
10. Leads by example in all role activities,
11. An understanding of operational IT systems,
12. A UK Driving License,
13. An IOSH qualification is desirable,
