Package Description
Role: Senior Support Worker
Salary: £14.40 – £15.00 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shifts: 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, 7am-9pm (sleeps 9pm‑7am)
Drivers Licence: UK driver’s licence with access to a vehicle is essential
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of Support Workers
* Provide high standards of care in line with care and support plans
* Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately record, maintain reports and care plans
* Liaise with health professionals and families
* Complete supervisions and audits
* Ensure all duties undertaken by reporting staff meet required standards and contribute positively to a happy, efficient, homely atmosphere within the home
