Must-Have Skills:
* 6+ years' hands‑on experience in identity & access management, logging, and security monitoring systems.
* Strong automation development background using Python and Bash, plus solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
* 6+ years' experience with Linux/Windows environments, network security protocols, and supporting large‑scale IT deployments.
* Bachelor's degree in IT/Information Security or 8 years of equivalent relevant experience.
Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience with SIEM analysis/reporting and familiarity with security frameworks (NIST CSF, CJIS, IRS 1075, MARS‑E).
* Background in Application Security (AppSec) and advanced security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CEH, OSCP, GPEN).
