Job Role: Resourcing Partner
Location: Hybrid - home working with weekly attendance at our Luton office
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)
The Job role
* As an experienced recruiter you will deliver resourcing solutions and partner with hiring managers on high volume roles, and will have an opportunity to make an impact and help shape a recruitment strategy moving forward.
* Being a ‘people person’ means you want to deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the whole recruitment process and effectively on-board candidates ensuring they have a seamless experience.
* Great communication comes naturally to you, and you are able to build strong, trustworthy relationships where you are able to influence and advise the business on resourcing best practice.
* You want to join a fast-paced, collaborative team where you will be challenged by new projects, work closely with your business area and be equipped of the knowledge of the locality in which you are recruiting.
* You are comfortable with set targets and KPIs and strive to not only achieve but exceed these expectations.
Main Responsibilities
* Managing end to end resourcing upwards of 60 vacancies
* Supporting the Head of Resourcing in delivering effective resourcing solutions
* Working closely with HR Business Partners and Managers in devising recruitment strategies
* Being the expert on recruiting for your area
* Deliver reports on recruitment analytics, including service level agreements, sourcing effectiveness and KPI's.
* Organising recruitment and assessment days, attending job fairs
