* Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
* Supervise, motivate, and support team members to achieve goals and improve performance.
* Maintain exceptional standards of customer service across all touchpoints.
* Oversee sports and leisure programs that cater to a diverse audience and align with community needs.
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
* Collaborate with the Hub Manager to develop and implement operational improvements.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies.
* Contribute to initiatives aimed at growing padel and engaging the wider community.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience or knowledge in management, preferably within sport, leisure, hospitality, or customer service.
* Strong communication and customer service skills, demonstrating inclusivity and empathy.
* Passion for sports and leisure, with an understanding of industry best practices.
* Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities with a solutions‑focused mindset.
