The Role: As Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of civil and rail projects across the UK. Youll work closely with project teams to ensure strong financial performance, accuracy in cost management, and compliance with contract frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial and contractual elements of projects from tender to final account. Work under NEC or JCT forms of contract. Support the development and improvement of internal commercial processes. Prepare valuations, variations, cost forecasts, and financial reports. Assist with estimating duties where required. Experience: Background in civil engineering, ideally with exposure to rail or geotechnical projects (beneficial but not essential). Experience with NEC or JCT contracts. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and improve processes. Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach. Experience in estimating or cost planning is advantageous.
